Freitag arbeitet seit vielen Jahren als Berater, Trainer & Coach. Er war Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter von Vertriebsgesellschaften für Bio-Waren in Frankreich, sowie UK und Leiter der Deutschen Theaterakademie in Almaty, Kasachstan. Er absolvierte die Ausbildung zum Systemischen Coach als auch zum Individual-, Paar-, und Familientherapeuten. Freitag ist Experte für Kompetenztrainings mit den Themen Kommunikation, unternehmerisches Denken, interkulturelle Kompetenz, Authentizität & Ambiguitätstoleranz, sowie Storytelling & Auftreten. Er coacht Führungskräfte, moderiert Workshops und Seminare zu den Themen Strategie, Teamentwicklung, Vision, Werte und beherrscht das Konfliktmanagement und die Konfliktbegleitung für Einzelne und Teams.
