Dr. Manuel Höfer has been working at Porsche since 2019 as a Product Owner and Solution Engineer in the field of driver assistance systems. Autonomous driving is THE mega-trend for all automotive manufacturers. The question is: How can they differentiate themselves in a brand-specific way? Especially HOW QUICKLY can OEMs develop unique selling points?
For all automotive manufacturers, AGILE is the “operating system” in which these strategically important projects are conducted.
In AGILE, more responsibility is delegated to the team level. One important event in this context is the so-called “PI-Planning” (Product Increment Planning).
