Freitag arbeitet seit vielen Jahren als Berater, Trainer & Coach. Er war Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter von Vertriebsgesellschaften für Bio-Waren in Frankreich, sowie UK und Leiter der Deutschen Theaterakademie in Almaty, Kasachstan. Er absolvierte die Ausbildung zum Systemischen Coach als auch zum Individual-, Paar-, und Familientherapeuten. Freitag ist Experte für Kompetenztrainings mit den Themen Kommunikation, unternehmerisches Denken, interkulturelle Kompetenz, Authentizität & Ambiguitätstoleranz, sowie Storytelling & Auftreten. Er coacht Führungskräfte, moderiert Workshops und Seminare zu den Themen Strategie, Teamentwicklung, Vision, Werte und beherrscht das Konfliktmanagement und die Konfliktbegleitung für Einzelne und Teams.
Thilo Fuchs
Senior Consultant
AGILETRANSITIONCOACH
Thilo Fuchs studierte Elektrotechnik an der TU Darmstadt mit dem Schwerpunkt Halbleiterschaltungstechnik.
Nach seiner Diplomarbeit in Frankreich startete er 1991 als Schaltungsentwickler bei der Philips Kommunikations Industrie (PKI) in Nürnberg.
Dort entwickelte er zuerst integrierte, hochfrequenz Bausteine für die optische Nachrichtenübertragung und für den Mobilfunk im In- und Ausland. Nach der Eingliederung der Mobilfunkentwicklung zu Philips Semiconductors, übernahm er ab 1996 verschiedene Leitungsfunktionen und wirkte maßgeblich beim Aufbau der Systementwicklung für den Mobilfunk und der Einführung des CMMi Entwicklungsprozesses innerhalb Philips Semiconductors, heute NXP, mit.
2008 wechselte er zur basysKom Gmbh, baute den neuen Standort Nürnberg mit auf und leitete verteilte/mulit-site
Entwicklungsprojekte mit SCRUM für ein linux-basiertes Betriebssystem „Maemo“ für den Kunden Nokia.
Ab 2012 gestaltete er als Entwicklungsleiter für Wärme-/Kältezähler bei Landis+Gyr die Umsetzung
in eine produktfokussierte und plattformorientierte Entwicklungsorganisation. Seit 2017 ist er Leitender Berater bei AS&P
überwiegend in der Agilen Tranistion und im Plattform Management tätig.

Dr. Heinrich Esser ist Associated Partner. Er studierte Maschinenbau in Aachen und promovierte im Themenbereich Produktionssystematik. Er arbeitete 15 Jahr als Geschäftsführer eines innovativen und erfolgreichen Markenherstellers. Er verfügt über Erfahrungen im Anlagenbau ebenso wie in der Serienproduktion und hat über 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung in leitenden Positionen, davon 10 Jahre im F&E Bereich. Seine Beratungsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen F&E-Strategie und Agile Produktentwicklung.

Franz Hartmann ist Associated Partner. Er arbeitete 10 Jahre im Programm Management interkultureller, global verteilter Teams zur Markteinführung von Baureihen. 5 Jahre war er Plattformleiter und 2 Jahre Bereichsleiter für Produktentwicklung & Qualität mit 240 Mitarbeitern.
4 Jahre war er tätig als In-House Consultant zum Thema Lean Development mit konzernweiter Verantwortung für den PEP, die Effizienz aller globalen Produktentwicklungsteams, die Methoden, Tools und IT-Applikationen.
