CONVINCE Correctly.

1. Do you have the mandate?

‘You should…, it would be much better if you…, the advantage for you would be…!’
Many well-intentioned pieces of advice. Yet they slide off of you. Why?

Because you never asked for them. What use are the best answers to questions never asked? They won’t convince you.

It’s different when consciously or unconsciously you have given yourself the mandate for it. Now you act instead of defending yourself or going into justification. You open up.

Before this first important step is truly secured, the energy misses its mark. It can even create more: it increases resistance. And can even close doors in the long term.

Much happens unconsciously – let’s make it conscious.

2. When the body speaks.

Convincing communication consists of 7 percent words, 38 percent tone of voice, and 55 percent body language, according to research by Albert Mehrabian (University of California).

“The enemy of the shoulder are the ears.” If your shoulders are raised, you signal insecurity and fear. No matter how logical your argument may be – you won’t convince anyone like that.

If you were to deduce from this that you should train your body to adopt good postures and avoid bad ones – then you’d fall into the trap of superficiality.

You need to discover what makes you FEEL secure. Then your body will naturally express that security. Not according to a uniform standard. But as individually and authentically as only you can be in your uniqueness.

Let’s discover with you how you can find YOUR security.

3. Sounds good.

Your muscles don’t grow during training, but during the breaks between training sessions.

The art of persuasion is the art of the pause. The pause enhances the significance of the words spoken previously. It creates an echo.
At first, it will feel unfamiliar to you – but you won’t forget it anymore.

A consistently slow presentation is just as boring as a consistently fast one. Our brain needs the unexpected.

If you’re giving a presentation to 1,000 people and 2,000 eyes are watching you, you might believe they’re listening to you. That might be true for the first 3 minutes. Then they start to drift off. The gaze is still there – but their thoughts are elsewhere.

Unless you fascinate – no, you “shock” them. So that they stick with you If you succeed in this, then people will hang on to your words not just for 3 minutes, but for 300 minutes – without a break.

Learning to CONVINCE Correctly requires practice.
It begins with your understanding and acceptance of a methodology.

Success follows when you can apply it daily. This requires repetition. We can train you in this. Accompanying people in their progress is a fulfilling task for us.

For training in case studies, nature has given us a gift: we humans cannot pretend. A simulated situation feels real subconsciously. Our emotions during training are the same as in a real situation. Successful top athletes are aware of this effect.

The most effective feedback comes from yourself. We provide you with guidance and ensure a safe environment for this.

Empowering people is our passion. There is no task more fulfilling than supporting people in their personal development.
