REFLECT Correctly.
1. Get on the balcony.
When we dance at a party, we dedicate most of our attention to our dance partner (okay, depending on our dance skills). If someone were to ask us how the dance was, we would respond differently than if we were asked how the dance floor was or how the entire party looked from a balcony.
For each scenario, we would need to take a different perspective. In each of these perspectives, we would have different observations and insights.
Perhaps then we would adjust our dance style (!?).
Take the balcony perspective.
At first, external guidance helps us with this. With repetition, we manage to engage in self-reflection independently and more frequently.
The path of self-improvement has begun.

2. Who am I?
… and if yes, how many? The bestseller with this title by Richard David Precht puts it succinctly. You are not alone. There are many voices within you. Sometimes far too many – all speaking at the same time. All wanting to be heard.
But this way, you’ll never get anywhere. Eventually, a decisive word must be spoken within you. “Now calm down!”
When this clarity arises within you, you can make progress. Then you can make decisions.
But who speaks this decisive word? It’s YOU. Your true SELF. YOU are your own observer and the listener of your many voices.
Find your SELF.

3. The big 5 – the OCEAN-Model.
Psychology has scientifically embarked on the search for these many voices within us. In 3000 scientific studies, the OCEAN model (named after the initials Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism) has proven itself. These 5 dimensions of our personality serve as a valuable reference to find your SELF.
Authenticity develops when your self-image increasingly aligns with how others perceive you. People with a large discrepancy can even become ill.
Who am I?
For many people, this is the most important question in their lives. It’s not about finding one ideal answer. The journey itself is the goal. It’s about continually asking this question. The answers will be contextually correct, in the present moment.
Give it a try.

Learning to REFLECT Correctly requires practice.
It begins with your understanding and acceptance of a methodology.
Success follows when you can apply it daily. This requires repetition. We can train you in this. Accompanying people in their progress is a fulfilling task for us.
For training in case studies, nature has given us a gift: we humans cannot pretend. A simulated situation feels real subconsciously. Our emotions during training are the same as in a real situation. Successful top athletes are aware of this effect.
The most effective feedback comes from yourself. We provide you with guidance and ensure a safe environment for this.
Empowering people is our passion. There is no task more fulfilling than supporting people in their personal development.
