Senior AGILETRANSITIONCOACH Roland Müller studied physics in Karlsruhe and then worked for three years at the Institute for Communications Engineering (Heinrich Hertz Institute) in Berlin in the field of optical communications transmission. In 1991, he joined Endress+Hauser, where he initially documented development processes as part of ISO 9001 certification. After working on ultrasonic sensor projects, projects for high-frequency technology and as project manager for embedded systems, Roland Müller took over as head of the software department at the development sites in Germany and the USA in 2005. There, the 57-year-old introduced agile methods for embedded systems linked to a traditional product development process. In 2016, he took over as head of the Project Management Office following the company’s conversion to CCPM. Initially working as a partner for AS&P since 2015, he has been advising companies on the introduction of agile methods or suitable project management methods on a full-time basis since 2017.

AGILETRANSITIONCOACH Thilo Fuchs studied electrical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt, specializing in semiconductor circuit technology. After his diploma thesis in France, he started as a circuit developer at Philips Kommunikations Industrie (PKI) in Nuremberg in 1991. There he first developed integrated, high-frequency devices for optical communication and for mobile radio in Germany and abroad. After the integration of the mobile radio development into Philips Semiconductors, he took over various management functions from 1996 and played a major role in the establishment of the system development for mobile radio and the introduction of the CMMi development process within Philips Semiconductors, today NXP. In 2008 he moved to basysKom Gmbh, helped to build up the new Nuremberg site and managed distributed/mulit-site development projects with SCRUM for a linux-based operating system “Maemo” for the customer Nokia. From 2012, as head of development for heat/cold meters at Landis+Gyr, he designed the transformation into a product-focused and platform-oriented development organization. Since 2017, he has been a lead consultant at AS&P. mainly working in Agile Tranistion and Platform Management.

Softskill Trainerin Melanie Kuhlmann has been self-employed for 1998, leading development programs and workshops for (junior) managers and coaching managers in developing their social and communication skills.
